8:55 what are you trying to accomplish with that shutter speed ?

at 9:09 you can see people moving around in the background but the car is stationary in focus, was just playing around with a longer shutter to get more of a "busy" feel from the people around. and at 11:41, there was someone look at the driver side but in the shot they're just a blur, just looks kinda cool. Just trying stuff out, experimenting, doing things differently.
