Hi Tom, how many hours a day do you (or did you) practice to get to that level? It’s weird cause when I train, I spend the first 15 min to warm up, then reach flow, for another 15 and eventually I start getting pissed and tired. What about you? Do you have training tips to be more efficient? Cheers from barcelona
@TomDyerBartender3 жыл бұрын
I've be training for 20 years. I used to train for 6-10 hours a day during my first 10 years. The problem these days is that it is to easy to compare ourselves to others online. I always said to newbies. Don't watch videos and focus on what YOU think is the right thing to do. The most important thing to remember is that you need to enjoy it. Everyone gets pissed off because of many reasons but you have to change your mentality about your mistakes. Laugh at your drops and mistakes. Learn from them. Set yourself achieveable targets to obtain and challenege yourself. Change up your practice try new music and a big one is practice on different spaces...

How long does it take to get a cocktail at the place you bartend?
@TomDyerBartender3 жыл бұрын
I dont work as a bartencer anymore. I make performances like this, create new cocktails, train others and run my own businesses.
