I just found your channel recently. It's so true that POV barista videos are in high demand. Question for ya. Why do you leave the lids off of the hot drinks? When they just sit there waiting for other items in the order or for the customer, seems like they must loose a lot of heat. I'm interested to hear why you have decided to leave them off and let the customer decide.

Well in America if I put the lid on for you and you spill the drink you can sue me and say I didn’t put the lid on well enough lol but also we want to showcase the latte art.
