1-hour Wargames: a video review

When you started flipping through the pages I was immediately reminded of the old Phul Barker WRG scenario/Solo/Campaigns books. The idea of the book is very interesting. I can imagine anyone (beginner or grognard) would have a go with thes rules offered. Sounds like something we could all do to pass the time, have a short mini-campaign, or just to try something different (and quick). I like the sound of it. I may just pic up a copy. Thanks for the review. :)

I might have to look at this book. Currently I am building 15mm forces for Bolt Action to use on a 3' x 3' fold-able game surface. I am going to mount the battlefront plastic figures on Proxie Models 15mm round bases. It should run quick, not sure if will be a 1 hour game, but it certainly won't take up much space.

Nice review; I'm pretty impressed with the chaps at pen&sword really. Recently, they've sent me, by mail no-less, their whole catalog in printed format. Quite unexpected! Now, only if they could publish a book 1-Hour model-making it would be great!
