don't expect SEBI as a congregation of enlightened minds. they seem to be below a commom sensical comprehension when it comes to these new rules. what problem does SEBI has if a broker is willing to provide some facility to their client especially when SEBI collects full margin from broker concerned beforehand. if something goes wrong the broker will suffer. this is a unwarranted move designed to hurt small traders.
