The title is quite a bit misleading considering that a quick look at my tech tree reveals you did not use the following premiums: P-40C; P-43A-1; XP-38G; PV-2D; Kingcobra; P-51D-10; P-47M-1-RE (and the identical Polish one) ; Bong's P-38J-15: AU-1, F2G-1; F7F-3; A-1H and I am sure there are probably more. Nice idea though.
