Take that plastic wrap off and read the label actually attached to them. it says in big red letters TO BE REFILLED ONLY BY TRAINED AND LICENSED PERSONNEL

That is not a secret this is the most expensive way to do something that people do to save money and why you shouldn't throw away the used green disposable tanks. The way your showing is no better than just buying disposables when empty toss in trash and buy more.
