Hmmm I definitely see what you're saying. I want to be stubborn (I am from the 2 rivers) and say that IMO the specific phrasing includes 1 and above within it. She does put emphasis on the word "single" though to chances are you're right

And Perrin’s letter doesn’t use his full name. So technically it could be true. That said I do think that was the clue we were supposed to catch that she was speaking an untruth.
