The Torture dance was pretty random but it was used in some guys torture where he was kinda decapitated but was still alive, then they put a hook in his eye and hung him on a rail with it which also forced his eye open, they also put a magnifying glass in front of his eye which reflected sunlight and cased his eye to start smoking. All while this was happening they were dancing in front of him.
