Hello walkers!😊 Been with Leslie since her VHS days I am 76 yrs I was 325 lbs in 1991 and saw Denise Austin on Lifetime TV Then transitioned to Leslie It is 2024 and I have walked and have lost over half my body weight I am 148 lbs I still walk lift light was and have fun I am so happy I still have Leslie in my fitness life On my bucket list is to actually have communication with thus great lady Thank you again Leslie Sansone

Leslie is an amazing instructor. Not only does she have to keep count, stay with music she manages to be able to speak positively with a smile and educate us. There is so much that goes into this! First time I did this workout about was around January this year when I was almost 200 pounds and I couldn't jog for more than 2 minutes. Now I'm down over 50 pounds and more active, I did this entire video. I'm proud of myself and thank you Leslie I love your workout, the reason I'm 120lbs today.

I have been working out with Leslie and the crew for a little over 2 years. I am so excited about shedding 100 lbs. Feels so great and realistic to incorporate into my daily schedule. I finally found this video again lol me and my wife in 2010 used it for our workouts leading up to our wedding 4-10-10 and we lost so much weight I mean we did the whole diet thing to but this work out was everything lol we watched it on demand from the cable well now 11 years later 3 kids and a pandemic it’s time to hit the reset button lol I’m definitely looking forward to getting back to it💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I used to 245, now I weigh 208lbs. In early morning I weigh 204 or 205 but it is still a blessing because I used to weigh 265. But I was became sick back in March 12 of,2018. My kidneys,were shutting down. My kidneys were shutting down. But to God be the glory i am still here in Jesus name. I thank God for Leslie Sansone. She is angel and wonderful advocate for weightloss and healthy living by her walking exercises. Thank u Mrs. Leslie!!!

Whew, not gonna lie this one was a struggle for me! I had to take a couple of quick walk breaks during the jog. Still, I'm super surprised and proud of myself for getting as far as I did. Running is something that hugely intimidates me, so I'm thankful today that I made the choice to give it a go. 8.5kgs down in lockdown thanks to a good diet and these workouts. More importantly, I'm realising how fun it is to move my body everyday and take care of myself. Thanks to the Walk at Home team!

This is a great video. I've done the walking program for a long time including the boosted walks. Yesterday I did this one for the first time and I was worn out. I had to go back to walking a few times during the jog. This video definitely is a calorie burner. I'll be doing it more often to get my stamina up!!

First time I tried this walk. The leg swinging got me, but I was surprised, that I didn't have to go to walking once the jogging started. I did it today! So far I've had one month with almost constantly doing at least one mile walk with Leslie each day(or other 15+ minutes activity raising that heartbeat) but I haven't lost too much yet, because I haven't had my eating under control, but talked to my dietitian and we made a plan... now just to try and stick to it.(well, over the past month I've lost about a pound/500grams so at least I've lost some)

I absolutely love these videos. They are up beat, easy and effective. I love the encouragement, the muscle reminders (tummy tuck) and easy freedom modifications if necessary. It really makes me enjoy the time I put into it and the times goes by fast!

This was more difficult than I expected! I’ve really enjoyed her other KZbin videos and thought I was ready for this intensity. Hah! I need more warmup before getting this intense, but since this is only part of a 30 minute video, I think this is just the most intense part, after a very brief warmup. I’m going to check out the complete original dvd workout from my library and see.
