This is one of my favorite Leslie Sansone videos! ❤ I rewind it just before the cool down and do it 2-3 times back to back because I enjoy the pace and moves so much. That said, I change it up a bit and do actual skaters (versus the modified version in the video) and full squats, etc. I'm a sweaty mess by the end of a few rounds but it's totally worth it for how good I feel, the reduction in body fat and overall weight loss. 40+ pounds down! 😊

I’hv been doing Leslie’s workouts since 5 yrs now!! This was the best so far!! I did till 12 mins fast walk 4 times at a stretch! N then did the cool down!! Maintained heartbeat btwn 150-185! Burnt a total of 780 kcal in 60 mins!! Enjoyed it so much! This was really a runner workout!! Thank you Leslie! Gratitude always!!

I LOVE this workout! I was sweating quickly I usually perform your 5K walk with a twist of 3 miles (45 minutes) but will do the 1-mile 12-minute routine when I am press for time add this to my workout playlist!
