I love this video... I think it's really good as I can't do a lot of floor workouts due to past injuries. my ONE complaint I have about this Video is the little to no warning to the next workout movement. I always get lost and have to wait a few reps before I can get back into the routine. I hope this will help in making future Videos. Thank You :-)

Since I messed up my left arm doing a video similar to this one about a year ago, I guess I will just use my legs and raise my arms no higher than waist-high.
