We make the juice by adding pudina, ginger, coriander leaves kadi patta, lemon juice, some fresh aloevera, and a few amalas and salt, hing and add them to the watery butter milk. This yummy drink keeps us totally fit. We make enough to last us for 3 days and keep making it again. It is good for diabetes. Vegans can have it made with Peanut butter milk (made from Peanut Curd).
