1-Minute Snapshot - Dirleton Castle

This Snapshot takes a look at the beautiful and fascinating Dirleton Castle. In our last Snapshot we looked at Tantallon Castle to the east of the little town of North Berwick.
Dirleton Castle is to the west of the town. The Castle can be traced back 800 years, and during the first 400 years of its existence was inhabited by only three noble families.
This really is a gem of a castle and is so photogenic. So for any photographers or visitors interested in the area's history, this is a great castle to visit.
