That Alan Cummings guy that drank the water out of the river was the CEO of a company called Seldon Technologies, that eventually went out of business stemming from questions over the effectiveness of his filter technology. He never got EPA approval and went bankrupt. 1:13 - "And you can see, he's just fine!" Well, for a brief moment he was! LOL!

I do not understand.This is supposed to be processed by activated sludge first.Then may be this technology can be used.It is not clear.

No. This water is is still not safe to drink. There are organics which should be removed. You are applying only physical / Chemical treatment..
