At the first place zero cannot be placed there are only 9 options. So it should be 9 * 9P3 now the answer will match with the answer from blank spaces. I hope it will be clear to you. If still any doubt, please let me know.

because 7 is the only number we can put at unit digit and so at unit digit there is one possiblity so thats why we multiply with 1 rather than 7 ( 7 is written only for representation purpose )

Bhai Only two digit number is possible between 10 and 100 And we have to form two digit numbers using 3,4,0,5,8 without repeating the number So for the first place we have the choice (3,4,5,8) as we can not use 0 for first place Now for the second place we have only 4 choice as we already chosen a one of the number among (3, 4,5,8) Let's suppose I have chosen 3 for first then I the remaining choice is(0, 4,5,8) for second place So 4*4=16
