Spring has arrived and we have just made a classic Philadelphia cheesesteak in a magical Serbian forest near a breathtaking waterfall! As you may already know, simple things have become increasingly popular and this delicious sandwich is no exception. The Olivieri brothers originally created this sandwich for themselves using chopped beef and grilled onions. One day, a curious cab driver tried it and it instantly became a sensation. To make it more nutritious and balanced, we have elevated this classic sandwich by adding greens, veggies, and two types of cheese.
