2 tips: Only pros scout with sheep - your return my sheeps is kinda there as a hint. Honour system close/don't open the score in game. Infiltrate some Viper or DauTs in this type of game (in voice chat for fun but don't reveal yourself or them - and yes hidden from you and they are your enemy). You'd be competing for who kills more enemies: 1 point for each enemy destroyed (if they reboom they count again as it doesn't need to be a hard "resign"). 5 points for killing a pro. The non-pro players compete for killing a pro: 10 points divided by the contributors to taking 1 down (but no diplo alliances, just tops neutrality (so they can build together when ganging up) and they must gang on a pro like that). You can make it a point system for fun, a tourney or have a prize money? 10 bucks to the winner for fun. You don't inform non-pro or pro about how many pros are there besides you, but that there may be some of them in any lobby. To form coalition take down team they should justify it: "Looks at his farm placement, it is definetely a pro" because otherwise the FFA may lose its fun and devolve into a t90 kill the top score/pro player (again scores need to be hidden). Wonder victory allowed AND team victory for non-pros allowed IF they uncover all the pros AND they are on the defensive with no chance of coming back with their combined armies at the time the alliance is formed. Kill the lagger rule ON. Players with nothing left and no chance to rebuild SHOULD NOT reveal pros like yellow didn't. Everything must be done on public chat, except planning an already going siege. No backstabbing diplo.

You should build your resource pits inefficiently. Put one mine between the stone and gold. Always have even numbers on stone and gold. Make really neat but inefficient farms. Play solid but always float tons of resources. It's easy to blend in.

Build up a reasonable eco, then feed kills to the player with the highest score, giving them even more military score. Don't kill units yourself, just send groups of light cavalry to attack town centers and so on, pretending to have bad micro. This is enough to create a strong player to draw attention. If you want to kill players, you want to do it without getting many kills yourself, so you recruit another player to do the killing while you just act as the expendable front line. These assists are important for preventing stalemates and long games in FFA. After several other players are gone, then you can quickly and efficiently finish off several more before taking on the strong player that you were feeding kills to earlier. Early on, avoid getting a high score by focusing on walling, rather than booming. Buf if you want a crazy high score, then what you do is find a corner and wall up along with another player, and then tribute resources to that player (they gain eco score, but you don't lose eco score as long as you've tributed more than you've received). They make army using those resources and let you kill them. This gives you resources 3x as fast as just stockpiling resources, since you keep the 10% score from the resources you tribute, but also get 20% of the value of the units made from those resources. You get to scare other players with a super-high score that keeps climbing and climbing, but they don't attack you because you're walled into a corner and out of sight, as long as you don't try to expand.

Crazy how 1v1 elo means so much. Even in a land nomad free for all, the highest 1v1 players were top. And you can almost guarantee none of them play land nomad, whereas lower elo players might.
