@@CKpremium1992 yea I feel like that’s why he does it. He has a lot of these types of guys on his pod and he’s usually the only one laughing when he does it too lol. I think overall he’s a good host tho. If he fixed that it’d be a much better pod
@CKpremium1992Ай бұрын
@ oh 100%. I’ve seen him do it a lot and it’s always when he has like badass guests. And you can tell he was the dorky nerdy kid in school so when he’s around these like legendary ppl he tries to hard. It’s not a big deal and I agree overall he’s a good host and seems like a good dude. It’s just funny cause I know what he’s doing.

It's pronounced voir DEER. Some people say DIRE, but the proper pronunciation is DEER. In fact, it's French, and it means "to see, to say."

What was the motive for the lies?

In reference to time stamp 2:56 the question of people having immunity … Isn’t it if one lies on the stand do they not lose that immunity? It would seem to me it would but I don’t know shit about shit it just make me think that if they are lying on the stand that’s a crime alone by itself so doesn’t that wipe out the immunity and any other deals ?

Duke lacrosse prosecutor served one (1) day in jail, maximum penalty of 30 days with 500 dollar fine. Less severe in that state than littering 500 lbs or more (dumping a load out your pickup bed);which is max fine 5000 dollars and 12 months jail. Prosecutors in civilian court do this all the time, and you can see that a guy dumping garbage out his truck faces a maximum penalty to times what contempt of court is. It's absolutely terrible what prosecutors get away with for almost no criminal penalty when they are caught red handed, but don't pretend like a civilian prosecutor would do hard time to violating civil liberties, that's how policing and prosecuting actually functions. Oh, and when you join the military, you are under UCMJ, very similar but different breed of rights, and you chose to waive them and be under a parallel but different legal system, kinda hard to complain that it's not fair that they're tresting you different than civilian law... you knew that when you signed up bro.

we all agree that what unit 731 did was wrong if this guy was gonna die anyways you let him die painlessly,and saying "this guy" hits kinda different when he was barely 17. these things happen in war and he was a terrorist but at the end of the day that shit was so painful for him and you justify them hating us
