🇳🇵From Dingboche onward is when the Everest Base Camp trek starts to get real. The trail becomes more difficult to follow, the terrain becomes more difficult to traverse, and the air becomes thinner. Along the way, we stopped off at this small lodge for a late lunch, and the owners were super nice and down to earth. We then proceeded to have a rum cookie party. Enjoy.

I've been living here in Hong Kong for 25 years now and speaks 18% of Cantonese , leave alone speaking in Mandarin . But i wonder how you manage speak fluently ( compared to me in Chinese)in Nepali in a week! Mr. Steele, an American, took awesome sights of the Himalayas using a drone he was just there. Awesome views with the drone he did a great job. Harald Baldr was there in Dec. & I enjoyed his interaction with the locals he did the Langtang trek. I commend the people for living in such a harsh environment. It's for the people who died on their journey to climb the Mount Everest, so mostly there are foreigners, local people, some times sherpa guides. Hope that was helpful to your query.
