Awesome aesthetic and beautiful overall design. But bugdet seems to high depends on the state. From experience I would suggest TinyPocket Homes for anyone who desires this same chill and green aesthetic for a reasonable bugdet across all states. Probably might get something better for 15 grand or less

I love this home! It's almost perfect! 😉 I have a couple of questions... does it have to have sliding doors, or could it be a regular standard door instead? If so, would that give it enough room to still have the second door and have the washer/dryer hook-up as well? Also, can you live in these homes in winter? I live in central Indiana, and it can get pretty cold in the winter! I wouldn't use it for travel. I want to live in it year round. Thank you for sharing these homes! This is one of my favorite things to watch when unwinding. I get excited when a new notification pops up! 😁

I think the loft should be 7’ high (72”) not 55”and 45” inches respectively. It could allow people to walk on it. That’s only 18” higher.

These builders need to make a soaker tub an option. Many people would rather be able to rinse and soak when needed. Not being able to take a bath is a big loss in quality of life.
