I love the stand up bedrooms. That’s always been the drawback to tiny living on wheels for me. I don’t want to make my bed or sweep the floor on my knees. This is the best floor plan I’ve witnessed!

My retirement dream with my hubby would be 2 of these - in a L shape configuration with a shaded huge deck between ! We’d each have a master bedroom and office and could drop a bath and have a huge storage/ pantry / laundry / flex room. And he could keep his 80 degrees year round and I could keep mine 70!! What perfection!

I can’t count the times I said WOW! as we toured this incredible Tiny! It’s pure luxury. The blue in that bathroom was stunning, the black and white bathroom/laundry was stunning, the walk around bedroom with gorgeous timber wardrobes was stunning, the bedroom/office was brilliant. What a Tiny! Definitely the most high end design I’ve ever seen. Lucky new owners! 🩷❤️🩷💜

This has to be the best floor plan I've ever come across, and I've viewed hundreds over the years. Bright interior warmed by wood ceilings adds that warm touch. I just want to cuddle on the sofa with a blanket and book. Well thought out storage as well.

Your designs just get increasingly sophisticated - you really seem to work with your clients. Despite this being one of the most-heard names in the industry, it's a pleasant surprise to see that it's a family operation, and I like the idea of the whole family pitching-in to showcase the features of the house. Your daughter did a wonderful job - and it was helpful seeing the sizing of an actual person (albeit a teenager!) in the upstairs loft.

One of my all time favorite floor plans! Having a second bathroom is a true luxury, and the bedroom office is fabulous. I think I'd opt to not have the tv wall to maybe allow for a bigger eating table, but the design is overall just fabulous!

This is the best tiny house i have ever seen! I love everything about it ❤️! I love it when it has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer in the house. And OMG that beautiful tub is to die for! And love it when the beds are queen size as well. And OMG a dishwasher is amazing to have that in the beautiful kitchen! This is a tiny home I could live in, especially being able to stand up in both the bedrooms. I’m older and I can’t be bothered with having to crawl around in a loft. I also like the fact that there is a side by side washer and dryer instead of a combo. Gorgeous. I know this was custom made for the customer but I would have loved to know how much this home costs.

Nice. My problem with many tiny house designs is the lack of “social space”. As in a living room. Of course, it’s always going to be limited in any tiny home, but so often it consists of a couch facing either the outside door, or, as in this one, a large tv. In this one, anyone watching tv from the couch are soon going to have neck pain from looking up to view the screen. If the hallway wall was eliminated, there would be space for seating facing the couch. The tv could still be mounted on the side of the stairs. Otherwise, looks like a comfortable home for a small family.

Yes, but did they ever show a grownup in lofts...she wasn't a young child but not so tall. I liked the full storage wardrobes but the bookcases were very shallow so a regular book probably wouldn't fit well. The bathroom was ery pretty

Love the standup bedrooms. Lofts are the one turnoff for me with tiny houses. The rest of it is beautiful.
