In addition to an update, I hope to provide advice and guidance on how to maintain focus and positivity in your running when going through a setback. We've all been sidelined from our beloved sport-whether it be from injury, stress, lack of motivation, lack of success, etc-today I share a nice, simple, positive exercise that's helped me stay the course over the last few months.
