@@artmedina8922 there’s still a “conspiracy of silence” about sugar - diabetes is in my family+my HbA1c tests have always been negative BUT reading online papers show evidence high incidence false negatives c 20% - which is *high!* - and highlighted “lack of research” why this happens. My GP knew nothing about this. Some foods cause severe blood sugar “spikes” and healthcare workers say this is “normal” but online diabetic resources stress it’s the *spikes that cause the damage* . Personally I have noticed if I eat sweet stuff or normal portions of pizza or pasta I get bad symptoms so I suspect high blood sugar spikes are a real thing even if HbA1c shows negative

@donnasamudio9246 Oh.This is so strange ! This has been happening to me often lately ! I've left my reply right away ,but it's not here !! 😔 I was saying ,it could be vitamin b12 thing ,or nerve issues . It could be a diabetic thing ,but I guess you're not as you're saying you're healthy for your age ! Glad to hear / know that ! It also can be nerve issues from sciatica ,or neck issues .As it can affect from our necks to feet !! You can Google it all & see what fits your case the most ! Good luck & hoping it's a minor thing ! 🙏 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞

I'm 75 and I eat Lots of meat. I was still at the minimum level of B12. I'm taking a fat soluble form now. I'm also six years into a very rare form of liver cancer that my Oncologist called incurable. We will see. It effects most young people with healthy livers. At my age and comorbidities only two percent make it a couple months past the surgery.

Having grown up down the street from Monsanto's chemical plant in Sauget Illinois and later doing some construction work there I can assure you it's Roundup and geo-engineering that are mainly causing the nerve damage and other illnesses.

Is unfortified nutritional yeast acceptable for B vitamins?
@healthyyouhealthyus
@healthyyouhealthyus Жыл бұрын
@annalahda Great question! 🙂 Nutritional yeast is indeed a good source of B vitamins, particularly vitamin B12. However, the amount of B vitamins in nutritional yeast can vary depending on the brand and processing methods. If you are specifically looking to ensure an adequate intake of vitamin B12 or other B vitamins, a supplement may be a more reliable option.

I wouldn't recommend fortified because they contain the toxic forms of b12 and folate. The b12 is cyanocobalamin, cobalamin bound with Cyanide, and the folate is actually Folic acid which is toxic and I have no clue why they are allowed to sell it. I use Methylcobalamin and Methylfolate, they are the bio active forms.

Benfotiamine it is a fat b vitamin opposed to water soluble, so you hold it in your body longer. For vitamin E Tocotrienol is superior to others, such as Tocopherol.
@healthyyouhealthyus
@healthyyouhealthyus 10 ай бұрын
@kenlandon7803, I'd be happy to provide more detailed information: Benfotiamine is a specific derivative of vitamin B1 (thiamine) that is fat-soluble, meaning it can dissolve in and be stored in fat tissues. Unlike water-soluble vitamins, which are quickly excreted through urine, fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the body's fat cells and can be released slowly over time. This characteristic allows the body to maintain higher levels of Benfotiamine for a longer duration compared to water-soluble B vitamins. When it comes to vitamin E, there are different forms, including Tocotrienols and Tocopherols. Tocotrienols are a less common but potentially more beneficial form of vitamin E. Studies suggest that Tocotrienols have stronger antioxidant properties and may have a more potent impact on various health benefits compared to the more commonly known Tocopherol form. Tocotrienols have been linked to potential benefits such as heart health, brain health, and reducing oxidative stress. In summary, Benfotiamine's fat-soluble nature allows for longer retention in the body, and Tocotrienol, a form of vitamin E, is believed to offer superior antioxidant and health benefits when compared to Tocopherol. Thanks for watching! And for your time.🙂

Yes this applied for MANY health problems! Refined sugar are very bad. Look at the end of the video for this: "Maintain a Healthy Diet: Eating a balanced diet that's rich in nutrients, especially vitamins B and D, can help improve nerve health. Foods such as leafy greens, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins are great choices." thanks for your comment, have a great day :)

Is there any medicine for neural Sensory Hearing loss?
@emmanueltiongzon2803
@emmanueltiongzon2803 11 ай бұрын
@georgep. v9751 Mind if I ask? Did u lose ur hearing totally? Was ur cochlear nerve totally or partially damage? I too had that diagnosed by EENT DRS way back 2009, and my hearing was totally lost. Drs too say the damage is irreversible, meaning the cochlear nerve damage wont heal itself anymore. Their suggestion was a cochlear implant, but it didnt work on me after the implant was done in 2011. Big waste, money down the drain

@healthyyouhealthyus 3 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching and reaching out with your question! I'm here to provide the best general advice for your situation. I hope the information shared will help you find relief soon. When dealing with a vitamin B12 deficiency and its impact on conditions such as neuropathy, it's crucial to understand the underlying reasons for the deficiency and the body's reliance on supplementation. Vitamin B12 is essential for nerve health, red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis, and a host of other critical bodily functions. A deficiency can lead to significant health issues, including neuropathy, where you might experience symptoms like numbness, tingling, weakness, and balance problems. If your symptoms recur every time you stop taking methylcobalamin (a form of Vitamin B12), it suggests a continuous underlying issue that prevents your body from maintaining adequate B12 levels. Several factors could contribute to this situation: 1. **Absorption Issues:** The most common cause of Vitamin B12 deficiency is malabsorption. Conditions like pernicious anemia, where the body lacks intrinsic factor, a protein necessary for B12 absorption, can lead to chronic deficiency. Other gastrointestinal issues, such as Crohn's disease, celiac disease, or surgery that removes or bypasses the end part of the small intestine, can also hinder B12 absorption. 2. **Dietary Intake:** While less common, especially in non-vegetarians, a diet lacking in B12, which is found in animal products, can lead to deficiency. Vegans and vegetarians are more at risk and need to rely on fortified foods or supplements. 3. **Increased Requirement:** Certain conditions or life stages may increase the body's need for B12, such as pregnancy, hyperthyroidism, or some genetic mutations that affect B12 metabolism. 4. **Medications:** Some medications, including proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and metformin, can affect B12 absorption. To address your concern: - **Seek a Thorough Evaluation:** It's essential to work closely with your healthcare provider to identify the root cause of your B12 deficiency. This might involve blood tests, including serum B12 levels, methylmalonic acid (MMA), homocysteine levels, and possibly intrinsic factor antibody testing, among others. - **Consider Other Forms of B12:** If absorption is an issue, your doctor might suggest alternative methods of B12 administration, such as injections or nasal sprays, which bypass the digestive system. - **Regular Monitoring:** Once treatment begins, regular monitoring of your B12 levels and symptoms is crucial to adjust the treatment plan as needed. - **Address Underlying Causes:** If an underlying health issue is identified, treating or managing it effectively could improve B12 absorption and reduce dependency on supplements. - **Dietary Adjustments:** Incorporating B12-rich foods into your diet (if you're not vegan or vegetarian) and possibly using fortified foods or B12 supplements under guidance can help maintain levels. It's important to not stop your supplementation without consulting your healthcare provider, as abruptly discontinuing can lead to the return of symptoms. A tailored, comprehensive approach, considering your specific health situation, is the best way to manage and potentially improve your condition over time.
