Quick note on the Bulls FO, its hard to say what is their fault and what is the fault of the owner. While every other owner would be willing to tank normally their owner has for sure told them that is the one thing they cant do, and while yes some franchises dont have to tank because they are in cities where players want to play in, no one likes the Chicago weather so it will never be possible to build thru free agency.
