Put a big notice on your product’s “seal” (plastic wrapping around box) in regards to your return policy. The notice should remind the consumer to read return BEFORE PROCEEDING with removing the plastic wrap “seal”

My face has been extremely irritated almost like sun burnt and tender I had been using the Qure mask for almost a week. My face started itching and became very dry and peeling. Eyelids very red and crinkled and peeling also. The itching was so bad I had to use Benadryl. I had also started using other skincare products only as directed. I had Paula’s choice retinol cream. And the cure all in one serum and the first aid beauty moisturizer you all had recommended. I also used a lactic acid one night alone with a moisturizer. I feel it was the mask. But everything I read does not say that it will cause any irritation like I have experienced. I have not used any of those products or the for three days and I am still itching on my face and peeling my husband said I looked sun burned. I so want to be able to use the mask. I am usually not sensitive to anything I am 63 years old. And have decent skin with wrinkles. Can you all try to help me or have any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong. However, Qure Mask LED lights are in close proximity to the skin to allow for maximum penetration and provide the best results and the led light will not affect anything but your skin. We recommend having your Qure light therapy treatment on cleansed skin. Light Therapy works best when there is nothing on your skin standing in the way of the light penetrating deep into the skin and reaching your skin cells. So you can apply your skincare serums post treatment :)

Is LED therapy, particularly this Qure mask safe during pregnancy? I've heard green light helps with pigmentation. But don't think this one does green light. I have it, but am starting to try now and really hoping I can use throughout pregnancy. So long as it's safe and I guess won't encourage pigmentation or anything?

Asking a doctor is a safe answer because now it's in the hands of medical professionals and federal institutions, rather than their researchers & marketing team who have no reason to suspect that it impacts pregnancy, but can change under different circumstances
