Great video Gabby.. I learned some stuff that'll help me next yr in the club championship.. i'm in my mid 40's and what i do to maintain or increase my swing speeds is i work out with synergy bands at the gym.. I use a band that has handles and i rig it up high. I grab both handles and do my golf swing with resistance.. Another thing i do is work out with the yoga ball to strengthen my core.. Lots of synergy and body core work will get your swing speeds wayy up!
