Genuinely feels like Damian is talking straight to me about this sort of thing. Watching this made me feel better about my situation. I lost my dad couple of months ago to cancer. He was diagnosed with it a week before he passed away it was such a shock. I'm happy to know people can relate to what me and my family are going through

My Grandmother was taken by cancer a year ago on May 11th. I know exactly what you're talking about. It was such a horrible thing to have happened, yet we all have to carry on, for the sake of ones lost, and our own lives. Keeping busy is very helpful, yet I still spend a thought each day for her. RIP Nan, and RIP Wes. x

Thank you for an inspiration video @Damian I lost my father 4 years ago due to an heart attack, and I have a lot of memories from him and I can't just get him out of my head because he was my hero, then I started going back to church and realized that he will always will be with me, and that God is taking care of my life and He is taking care of you as well through your loss, I love you man you keep your head held high and live your life to the fullest! God Bless!

I think it's really cool that you talk honestly about these things and post them for others to see. I have only experienced the death of my grandpa, when I was way too young for it to have affected me emotionally, so I won't pretend that I know exactly what you are going through. But if it means anything, I believe that the connection your family has with him is something special. Thanks for all of the honesty in your videos, Damian. :)

You know Damian, about a year ago my grandmother was diagnosed with pancreatitis, which led to pancreatic cancer in the following months, and it has helped me very much to know that someone else understands how difficult it is to have a family member in poor health. I just wanted to say thanks for talking about these things publicly.

It's amazing how much has changed and it is crazy trying to think about it. I have a picture of my grandfather on my dresser by another picture of him and my grandma on their wedding day.
