Thank God I watched your video about your experience with Lufthansa. I had some family members who were relocating to Canada shortly after that. We made sure we didn’t book Lufthansa. Thank you Neze for telling this story here. As a matter of fact, these organizations know they do wrong and try to bully others. I remembered in 2018, I bought a Ford Focus from a Canadian dealership, and the thing was just shuttering. I took it back and they wanted me to fix it out of pocket. I refused and told them that this is a preowed vehicle that they sold to me not long and I had pointed it out when I test drived it but the sales man assured me it was OK, that what I noticed was the gravel road unsteadiness. Now, it's clear to me that it isn't. These guys refused to answer me for months. Then, I went to seek for legal advise and the lawyer told me to send a letter entitled " intention to sue" in that letter, I gave them a one week ultimatum to either fix my car or I will sue and claim damages. The very next day after receiving my letter, the GM called me to bring in my car for a fix and it was fixed at no cost. It was sad because one doesn't have to go through all that to have them do the right thing. Nowadays, I buy only brand new cars for fear, I might get a lemon again.
