Congrats on the first birthday! But you know I only watch because of Toffee ;-) Seriously you have a great demeanor, good voice and excellent explanations about that you are doing, keep up that great work!

Happy Birthday and congratulations on your first year. And also on reaching your first one thousand subscribers hopefully the first of many more to come. I enjoy your more detailed videos showing the work and processes that you carryout to produce the stunning results that you achieve. I am looking forward to seeing how you convert the keyboard into a table. And last, but certainly not least, Toffee!! Any video featuring Toffee goes up in my estimation! 😁😺

Happy birthday to the Cottack Workshop! And congratulations for a successful year! I'm curious regards the name, Cottack. I love your work and inspired to continue my exploration into restoration. I'm based in Poland, originally from England and the word kot in Polish means cat. I have four of the curious beasts. Good luck this year! I'll be watching.

Hi Tony - many thanks for the best wishes. There is an 'about us' page on the workshop website cottack.com/about-us which has a National Library of Scotland map from 1664 showing the "K of Dunskoir" (K is for Kirk or Church)...which these days is the village spelt Dunscore...where I grew up and my Grandfather is buried. The Old Scots (language) for Dunscore was Cottack. The cottage where I lived is 'Cottack Cottage' and I always wanted to do something with the name 'Cottack' ...it is seven letters, can be spelt out over the phone easily ...and a very special gift was the URL 'cottack.com' and this is how it started. I love the link to cats ...Toffee the kot at Cottack! Best regards B.
