A concrete park bench would be more comfortable than this chair.

You should mention that the head rest does not stay in place. It always moves up and down with no lock system! Also, the plastic part that holds the head rest, the bottom plastic will hit your top back below your neck and is super uncomfortable and hurts. There is also a large gap behind the seat and back rest so sometimes your butt will sink in between them. Please do a more thorough review sir.
