I got my Scout Bobber back in September 2023 as my first bike (so restricted, French regulation for riders with a less than 2 years of license) and I can't wait to have it fully unleashed ^^ I might be a bit too tall for my straight handlebar but I might get some ape hanger in the future Have fun !

Great review! After 5 years with my scout bobber I upgraded my rear shocks, added the 10 inch mini apes from the rogue/twenty, and the syndicate 2 up seat. Ridiculously more comfortable now and no longer feel like im sliding off during acceleration, wish i did those mods a lot sooner lol. Overall i agree with everything you mentioned, its a great bike.

I’m looking to upgrade the seat and shocks for more comfort too. Cheers!

I owned a 2019 Scout, fitted Vance & Hines exhaust's, changed the seat to a black seat and a half, forward controls, beach bars loved the ride and it had plenty of power for the category of bike. Now I have a Roadmaster Darkhorse 2020 and fin the ride is very similar. For a large bike the way you can control the bike round corners etc is amazing. The Indian Motorcycle range is very impressive but I feel Polaris are holding themselves back by the lack of dealers. Also where they do not have a main dealer in an area why have they not got licenced garages that can carry out servicing and warranty work. Less cover for the customer, Love my Indian Motorcycle Polaris not so much.

I've also got the mini boards, but I've also put in the stage 1 performance air intake, and it sounds so mean when it starts pulling at higher rpms. And you can definitely feel the, albeit small, power increase when accelerating.

I’m looking to do a stage 1 as well. Should be fun, the power is already impressive stock!

immediately made my Triumph Bobber feel clunky and sluggish, awkward. and i love my Bobber. took me about a mile to get used to it on a trial run. it wasn’t anything like i’d imagined it to be. i have a year left on my Bobber. this bike is top of my list.

Do you rock earplugs with those slip ons? My slip ons are SO loud, I'm starting to regret them.
@IronBornRider11 күн бұрын
I wear earplugs all the time regardless of the motorcycle just because I have hearing loss, but even with them on the scout bobber is incredibly loud.

Great bike man. Can you share a link for the seat? You mentioned it’s the Indian Solo Seat but looks very different from the sport solo seat they offer, which isn’t lifted off the frame like yours. Much prefer the look of yours. Trying to decide between the Scout Bob and Triumph Bob and your videos have been really helpful.

@@CMHGonzalez thanks. I’m actually selling the seat if you’re interested but it’s a “1920 scout solo saddle seat”.

Great videos, thank you so much. I recently got my endorsement and am looking to get my very first bike, I’m about 5’6” 130lbs. I’m looking at both the Nightster and the Scout Bobber as my first bike. Which one do you recommend?
@IronBornRider3 ай бұрын
I’m biased towards the scout bobber, but here are some things to think about. The nightster weighs about 70 lbs less than the scout bobber so it’ll be easier to maneuver but may feel a little less stable on highway. Both the nightster and the scout bobber produce good amount of power for a new rider, the nightster has ride modes so you can progress as you feel more comfortable. But to me the scout bobber looks and sounds awesome, especially the previous gen models. It’s a tough choice but I don’t think you can go wrong with either. Personally I’d go with the scout bobber as it’s a more “proven commodity”.

Can confirm. The comfort seat makes a big difference. And I think it looks great. It should be the stock seat :-). Coming up on my 1-yr anniversary with my '23 Scout Bobber and the honeymoon is still going strong.
