Pranam Gurujee . Please explain me while chanting the mantra given by Gurujee should we concentrate on the meaning each time we chant ? Even if we do our prayers sincerely maintaining time , our mind starts loitering to the worldly things . Again Pranam neben .

Its not the Yoga Vasishta Sarah, its the "The Essence of Yoga Vasistha: The Great Book of Vedanta" Its mentioned in the 3rd lecture
