This version of the deck auto loses to necrovalley. Problem with it is its lack of access to quick level 7 or 8 plays without the use of the gy. So just place necrovalley on board and this version dies instantly. At least with o'lion and quick draw synchron is that everything can be done from the hand. Ditch o'lion for quick draw, token appears since it's not moving from the gy, and then destroyer necrovalley. Only way to keep this version alive is to run backrow removal that isn't trunade.

I wish they would include shooting star dragon as an option for one of the 4 required ED monsters. This deck would be a bit better imo if it had one more ED slot to put a tech synchro into.

Not that it is terrible now or anything, but being forced to have 4 of your 7 ED slots taken then having to add shooting star is kinda annoying. It is almost like they are requiring 5 monsters instead of 4.

@@christianfender4734 Junk warrior doesn't do anything besides give itself a situational minor attack boost and be a level 5 stepping stone, I'd say that's pretty bad. Ironically enough, he's the only one you can't cut. I would like to not have to run a second copy of him or junk archer tho

@@maxtiemann9903 As seen in this video, any other level 5 with a more meaningful effect can replace the second junk warrior as long as you still have 4 in the ED. I’ve seen some using Armades but ideally you’d want something that triggers once and then can be synchroed off like Swordsaga. And if you don’t like Archer there’s always berserker. 4000 effective Atk that destroys defense monsters

@@christianfender4734 I know how the deck works, you don't have to tell me. It's no secret that the junk/warrior synchro pool is not great, especially in duel links. Honestly, I'd rather not play archer OR berserker if possible and play either another good lvl 5 synchro or a tech synchro

Harpies apparently outclass it so Im not worried. If you really want to deal with it just run Offerings to the Doomed, Book of Money, or go first and hit them with backrow. Then its just a grind game

Water XYZ also has the lance and necro, so this deck will be very struggling when it plays against the water. Also, if you add back rows, the stability of this deck will decrease especially to this deck, since it is made up by two different engines.

What feels crap about the guy playing Photons is that he COULD have won. If they'd actually NSed the Photon Crusher and used GEPD effect to force SSD off the field (banish itself for the atk negation or GEPD banishes both until the end of the battle phase), they'd have had 4000 direct damage.

@@felipetoppinoceantoppin6544 Tomato + quickdraw into Junk Destroyer with Ties in 4k damage. 3x Sangan 3x Wheeleder 2x Trunade 2x Cosmic 2-3x Sphere 1x Gilasaurus 2x Crane Crane 3x Quickdraw 2-3x Tracker 2-3x Tomato extra is Destroyer, Hyper Psychic Riser for turn 1, Chevalier de Fleur, Brionac, Tomato king, final slot can be a 9 or another 6. Splendid rose is super memey, I might have to upload the deck. Can banish a tomato from gy to halve attack and banish another to attack twice. You can also play 3x Sphere, Giga-brilliant and Digital bugcorebage to send their monster back into deck after a sphere, good if u open 3 non tuners. Search sphere with sangan turn 1, make a riser. Its a strong combo deck, tomato, crane, and sangan are the best +1's at level 3. I also use stardust charge warrior, so you can go sangan, wheelder, draw sphere + 1 card to replace them and pass. Archfiend is an untargettable boss monster you can get to 3100, which is auto win vs most harpy lists. If I had more extra deck slots I wouldn't lose. If you add in a jet synchron and glow-up bulb you can start doing crazy stuff with the synchro climbs.

Any level 5 synchro. Preferably a zombie because you can use it to synchro with spectralsword on gy and you can use it as a fuel for squiresaga. Squiresaga banish effect work with any synchro(destroy monster), zombie (+300) , or fire(destroy backrow) monster from field or gy.

I cannot answer your second question, but to answer great shogun shien. You force only 1 spell or trap per turn for the opponent. If you use the synchro to negate, it doesn't count as a used spell or trap enabling another one. And that is why the two combined is not a lock.

I've been using a necrovalley deck to deal with all these shooting star dragons, if you have the hidden temple of necrovalley up, when they banish themselves to negate an attack they can't special back onto the field. Its great, and necro itself just shuts down junk synchron.
