Yep If You Know You Know.. That’s Pocket Hold Fish.. If You Watch One Of My Earlier Video I Caught My Fish 3lb Crappie Out Of The Brush Pile Out Front Of Cove.. No Scope Either !! The Difference In A 1 or 2 Pound Crappie Compared To A 3 Is Unbelievable!!!

They do this every year the same time .. they are just stacked top to bottom .. I have come to conclusion they are spawning.. cause not much bait .. that pocket is blocked from wind , deep, and stays warmer.. if you find the cove you will understand it’s really is a Christmas miracle.. caught so many .. got tired of catching them ..

im new to crappie fishing would you say lure presentation or lure color is more important for crappie

Presentation.. the lighter jig head and line is so important.. but I don’t care what anyone will tell you .. crappie will usually bite almost any color but if you find the exact color they want you will catch .. so many more crappie .. I will switch 20 times just to find that color and style they will come flying at!!
