Exactly I was fortunate enough to see her with 10,000 Maniacs 3 times during her last tour with the band. Each show had it’s on special chemistry and she was amazing. The late Robert Buck R.I.P. was awesome on guitar as well. I really hope a lot of people get to see this on KZbin that never really seen her and realize what they missed.

I saw 10,000 Maniacs in 1987 at the Santa Barbara County Bowl. The venue was packed! I remember seeing a young girl with her hands clinched into quivering fists - held to her chest. I was instantly reminded of old photos I had see of young girls at 'Beatles' concerts; with unabashed, reverent, near - hysteria - about to faint or collapse. Natalia Merchant with her profound lyrics and her magical stage - presence moved me and others deeply. I will never forget that day!
