I love me some PLO double board bomb pots. Play them regularly. Im not sure I woulda have potted turn, but I can see the logic. But on the river I think thats a pretty straight forward fold. Calling with hopes and dreams of MAYBE winning half the pot is rarely a winning play. Even without that J at the end you get quartered.

I play tons of plo double boards. Typically you only want to call down with nut draws, not raise them unless it’s gigantic equity like double nut flush draws and a wrap on the other board. Likely, someone else has a really good hand and people do not like to fold in these games. You get paid by making hands and charging max for draws. Bet huge with the nuts or raise huge unless the nuts is a straight on one board and you have nothing on the other. Many times you’re gonna get quartered there. They’re super fun and I’ve even played played entire sessions of double board 5 card. It’s very profitable once you develop a strategy.
