Order block is a lagging indicator how can I use it after it have happened I just do not understand the setup

You wait for the price to get back into the order block in direction of the trend during reversal and go to lower time frame for confirmation entry which in his strategy here its the moving average

Smashed it will be using this for 1hr tf, this works if you looking for 1 trade a day.
