This isn't possible to craft on an ele shaman? I made a pair of pvp boots with the interrupt effect, however I cannot find a single item where I am able to use my remaining spark or trophy in order to make a 450 pre-cog item.

Certain trophies can't only be used on certain pieces of gear. Need to read the trophies and also need to buy more trophies with conquest after the initial ones you get

Yea I'd farm the planes when they pop up then great for tokens and then the chest drops 200 also killing bounty players gives 205
