Wow...lovely home! Seems that an experienced architect penned that design...the tree in the 'courtyard' is a beautiful design element. Some video footage of the area that these villas are located would be next level marketing...unless there is something that they'd rather not show about the surrounding area...ha!

It looks nice. In particular, I like the cooking area, the shower area and the swimming area as well as the indoor built-ins. The outdoor environment is quite nice as is the architecture. I'm wondering whether there is a juristic moo baan fee, or perhaps you pay/arrange for pool/garden cleaning separately?

For this project, there is no common fee. However, the homeowner will take care of their own pool and garden. Typically, the pool service costs around 2,000 baht per month, and garden service is around 1,500 to 2,000 baht per month.
