Too bad for ya. Im 72 years old and im still UP! I still do these exercises 2 times every week, but currently on my state right now I may not be doing it with proper form. But back on the days when I were young I do these Four times every week. I was always the First runner up, Nobody could ever hold up against me. All the losers were starring right into my eyes as if we were rivals. Even until now. I notice my friends were becoming pretty weak and couldn't walk with bad posture. Understandable. But really. Im 72 years old and still UNBREAKABLE! I hope to find people someday my age that could compete up against me. I am very tired of this life being alone all day long. I cant keep up with this life until my day comes off. It wasn't the same as it used to be. I shouldn't have lived long ago if it weren't for my son to get me a Cellphone, I also learnt to communicate with people online. I tried to, Yet, I never found someone with common interests as I do. Thankfully i have found this video and your message. By any chance, Wanna talk with each other?

This will be my workout for a whole month! each days, i'll keep you updated. I'm under the age of 14, and i have a pretty good inch vertical knowing i'm 5,5 ft. My goal is to be able to dunk on an about 7-8 Feet tall rim on my court. (Sorry for being late!)) Day 1 : my knees hurt a bit, i didn't really want to finish this training. But it's not that hard. Day 2 : i didn't really feel any progress. However the pain is still here. Day 3 : Not only it was harder but i played basketball Near it. My kness = Paper munch Day 4 : I was actually surprised to see some results! the palm of my hand can almost reach the top of my roof when i'm jumping! I feel it's income. (Ps i'm doing the workout each 2 days. I don't have a death wish for my knees) Day 5 : I am really happy to see the results of day 4! I still didn't try it, but i feel more explosive definitly! i can touch things i actully think i can't touch. until then i was a 1 foot jumper and i always knew what i could and what i couldn't touch while jumping. now i can reach much higher than my expectations. And i became a 2 foot jumper. Day 6 : I did the workout, and suprisingly, it really didn't hurt at all. I could do it comfortably, without any itches or muscular cramps Day 7 : I feel quite some progress. I don't think i've really gained 5 inches but it's still some progress! Day 8 : I now think that i'm going to do the workout each day! Because of how easy it is. Day 9 : I can't really evaluate my vertical, because i think my brain is stopping me from jumping at my limits because the roof of my house is a bit too small, about 2,50 Meters. Day 10 : I absolutely feel no pain at all doing this workout, it actually became a routine for me. Even tho i get restrained by my roof height. i still feel an increase in explosivity, and my palm touches the ceiling, reminder i am 5,7 foot tall. (i was actually wrong on my height Lmao thanks to google traduction. I am 170Centimeters tall) Day 11 : Again the workout, however tommorow i will be able to go outside and to the basketball rim! My mother said i couldn't go outside for personal reasons. Day idk : welp, i actually got myself an actual weekly workout, so i sadly give this up. However about the results, i felt an increase on explosivity, but i'm sure it can definitly give you 5-10 inch vertical if you stay consistent. (maybe about a month)

I’m 40 been and have been puttin the work in as you showed! Jumping out of the gym now ! Never have jumped this high ever. I do not play anymore but had a bet with my 13yo I could dunk b 4 him. In HS I was known to get one up over the rim now and then. Never consistently tho! Since the bet I stumbled onto you and I followed accordingly. After a month and a half playing 1v1 with my son I smoked him with a hot sauce at the 3 arch so I took my steps and threw down a solid 360 tomahawk slam a bam a jam a!! When I landed my leg gave out and my framer ended up sticking out of my skin. Very gruesome my son doesn’t want to play anymore and I have 8-14 surgeries ahead to try to get my leg healed so I can possibly walk again one day. There is hip tho the doc says there is a 76% chance! Best news I had in months since my wife left me! Can’t blame her I wouldn’t want to change my wound dressing 6 times a day and empty my feces from a sack that we rinse out to Safe money. Yep 76% never walked again but I’m hoping to be that 24% that finds a Video short on KZbin that shows me what I got to do so I can Possibly soar above the rim again!

As can be seen, I'm in fact 55, and have an 28 inch vert, achieved by similar plyometrics. Of course, your age restriction isn't ridiculous as some comments suggest here, because these plyometrics are very demanding on the back, joints, tendons and ligaments. I wouldn't advise training plyometrics more than twice a week, unless you are young and well trained generally.

3 sets x 10 reps, do 10 times of that exercise but 3 times. So you're doing 30 but for each 10 reps you take a small break

Hi I'm starting this today. Right now I can hang on the very bottom of the basketball ring's net. I'm scaling down the exercises because my legs would hurt real bad. I hope I can touch the rim before the school year end

What do the measurements mean? Like the first one do you do 30 each leg?
@gabbyszubielski
@gabbyszubielski 10 ай бұрын
It means sets For example, the first one: you would be doing 3 sets of 10. So you would do 10, then take a short break to rest your muscle, then you would do another set of 10, take a break then do your third set of 10. If there are 2 components in the exercise ( like 2 legs) then you would repeat the process on the other side ( in this case the other leg ) So for this example you would end up doing 30 each leg. Hope this helps!
