My best advice is too unlock all your fast travel spots as quickly as possible, the vehicle you have is pretty slow so a quick trip across the map is always a plus.

Some time during the whole... 2020 world incident, I stopped listening to reviewers and just watched footage of games and bought them if I liked what I saw. I'm really enjoying Gotham knights, and I couldn't possibly care less about things running at 60fps, in fact I wouldn't even have noticed if there wasn't dozens of videos on the topic.

It sucks people bashed this game so hard. I watched the videos but I’m enjoying this game so much. The joy of shooting someone with Red Hood is exhilarating. Using rapid combos with Night wing is is like watching magic happen. This game is pricy but I thought I was gonna have to return it but I was wrong I love this game. It may not be like the past Batman games but I appreciate this one for trying something new!

im playing it for free with a friend because we dont have the money to buy it (and a lot of games right now are kinda waste of money because they are more likely trash, as a person who's low on money i prefer to download them for free and play with friends who do the same, saving money for other games or things that are more worth, but indeed the game is nice, the 2 things i dont like is the performance and the movility getting stuck next to walls unable to move fast needing to wait like 1 sec to start moving again, not able to jump, jump a lot of distance when you want to get down from a high spot but just under your location not in front of your location next to the enemies, etc and having like 40fps, sometimes 30 fps and rarely 50-60 fps with all low except the 3D quality which is 200% with 2080ti i9 9900K 16gb ram, my pc works a little bit bad from what it should but not that bad to be unable to reach 60 fps in the city in this game, my friend with worse pc run it with around 30 fps or sometimes less in the city, it needs a lot of optimization work but well, we didnt buy it so i guess its fine

One more tip, you don't need to save the enemies you really to interrogate till the end of a fight, you can grab and interrogate any enemy at any time as long as you lower their health or stun them.

So here's what I did before starting new game plus I got my red hood my main power up to 15,567 at lvl 30 by using lvl 50 plus mod chips I strongly recommend doing this before starting new game plus I was able to start new game plus beating enemies with one or 2 hits and I was able to beat all boss's by myself when I fought them again by going to the table with the boss battles after you beat them

Yea i like it too. Do i wish it was better? Yes. The combat to me is incredible, i have no complaints. I do wish enemies were more varried, most fights are the same with a couple different element aspects, but the same over all. I think the story is acceptable, although the inclusion of now g@y tim drake is terrible, its just shoe horned in and was not earned. But i can ignore it and get over it. Its got issues, but the hate isnt deserved.

Agreed, biggest mistake is trying to compare it to Batman Arkham. I feel like hearing "Batman is dead" really made me get into that this is NOT the Arkham game. Also without spoiling, Batman is cery different in this game when he is shown.

I personally believe it can get even better. If they add DLC like they did in Arkham (I know, comparing, but DLC is different) they could add new characters and stories. Imagine if they added Damian or Catwoman. And throw in some more Villains I think it could be awesome

This really isn't a bad game at all. I waited at launch, but just bought it during the current End of Year sale on the Playstation Store ($40 off the Deluxe Edition). Having a lot of fun with it. If you love these characters and Gotham City, there is no reason not to get it while it's nearly 50% off.

this is a great video...i do have one question...are the finishers just random? It seems to be, your hero does it to the last guy you kill which is fine..but for some reason now it's not even doing that for me...i know i can grab them and do a finisher/takedown but is there a way to trigger a finisher when your just fight them straight up?

Hello @KhrazeGaming First of all - thank you for your content! I have an important question. The question concerns blueprints for suits - Let's say I like a certain costume. I got a blueprint and crafted it at level 9 for example. Is it possible to recraft it later at level 20? So that the same suit remains main and with the ability to modify its parts? If I don't want to use a transmog, but rather use a certain costume to the end but with increased stats - is it possible? Or is it inevitable? Maybe it's worth holding the blueprint with favorite suit and craft it at the high levels? Or does each costume have its own level and it doesn't matter when you craft it? I would be grateful for an answer! Thanks in advance!

More or less yes, you can find blueprints for the same suits that are either a higher level or a higher rarity/both. Sometimes you gotta get a little lucky depending on what look you want ,but so far I've gotten all the suits I've wanted at a high enough level. Progressing thru the main story is the best way to get to some of those cooler suits like demon and shinobi.

I have a similar question too. The Preorder (customized) beyond suits are level 23. I’m currently on level 30. When I wear that suit, I’ll die with one shield smash. It’s my favorite suit, but I can’t wear it anymore bc it’s low stats. And the beyond transmog isn’t the same to the beyond suit where it’s customizable

4:30 oh man, this is the first time the 'interrogation' system made sense, I don't think it was explained well enough in-game, which I believe led to a lot of negativity towards this game... also didn't help that the recently released Spiderman: Remastered reminded us of what an outstanding version of the Arkham freeflow combat system looks like

Deluxe editions are on XB and PS for £40, for a game that released in October and having had a few great patches if you are sitting on the fence now is a great time to jump in, glad I did now, it's better than I thought, not perfect but good.

yeah I have noticed a huge difference in the combat from the Arkham games..... but then again I KNEW IT Would be different than Arkham a lot of people had unreal expectations seeing as this game has absolutely NOTHING AT ALL to do with the Arkham Series lol. But people just heard "batman is gone and the kids are taking over" and they figured due to the end of Arkham Knight that it was a follow-up - which just proves that too many people look at the surface of things and don't pay attention to details. Different developer different universe, nothing to do with the Arkham games AT ALL.... I wouldn't say it was "overall better" in the Arkham series but it is definitely DIFFERENT but again that was to be expected/was common sense since they have nothing to do with each other - in fact the upcoming "suicide squad: Kill the Justice league" is technically the next game in that "universe". So it will be interesting to see what they do with that story. I hope SS: KTJL is super popular. Because its success might be the only thing that ends up ensuring we get a Superman game some time soon, and We should all definitely want "Rocksteady" to be the ones to make a Superman game if someone makes it. They will do it right.

Awesome tips. I'm really loving this game so far to be honest. I just try to forget and not compare this to the Arkham games and just enjoy it for what it is. Its not perfect, it has issues and that 30fps lock on ps5 is a bummer but its still fun. I love the combat and Gotham city looks kinda nice with all those neon lights. But Im still hoping they would give us that 60fps update in the future.

This is not an Arkham (Rocksteady) game, because Gotham Knights has absolutely nothing to do with the Arkham series not in any way shape or form. It is not in the same universe, the batman in the beginning who "died" supposedly was not the same Bruce. Nothing about them have to do with each other at all in any way. They were make by different devlopers. They never claimed it would be ANYTHING like the Arkham Series. Although IMO they did play off peoples expectations because millions of people thought this was an Arkham Game. They just judged it by the fact that "batman died". Due to the end of the Arkham Knight story. They used the fact that Batman died (supposedly) in Arkham Knight to make people think this was an Arkham game WITHOUT EVER SAYING IT which is quite hilarious to me, because it shows how gullible the average consumer is. Those of us who actually read in-depth about the game knew from the start it would be nothing like Arkham, because it is not even 1% an Arkham Game lol. Now the upcoming "Suicide Squad Kill the JL" Game? THAT is the next "Arkham Game" - at least as far as being based in the same universe anyways. It also includes Superman (obviously) which I mention because he is usually not in games due to the limitations of gaming software/hardware. It is hard to make a decently fun game when you play AS or AGAINST a character capable of flying, running, and fighting at the speed of sound (with ease, speed of light capable etc) It will be interesting to see how they handle that. How can Harley Quinn or King Shark Fight superman LOL etc. But all us real fans should hope it gets received well and can be done properly. Otherwise we may not see a Superman game itself ever. I think the idea behind "Bullet time" aka the slowing down of time, is going to be very necessary for a game like that.

When you pick up loot or even open up your chest, sometimes you get a fist or a shield. What do those symbols mean? Do they increase your damage and defense? On your stats, there's PPower. What does Power do?

Seeing all the bad reviews I was skeptical but after plaging FOR MYSELF, I have realized it’s not that bad of a game. Yes the 30 fps gets choppy and I was afraid the 30 would ruin my eyes. But it’s actually not that bad and I’m used to playing a lot of pvp games at 120 even 60 but it doesn’t irritate me that much just makes me excited for the 60 fps patch and how that would look/feel amazing. Yes the combat can get a little repetitive BUT even the one button combat isnt terrible you can still put combos together as weird as it sounds. The world isn’t very immersive but I think that’s because of the fps problems. The movement feels good this is because there is a setting in accessibility for movement smoothing seemed to make it better imo. All In all I think this game does it’s job. Not a 5/10 that’s for sure I would give it a 7/10 respectively just technically not considering story or anything like that. But there are a lot of changes they can make and SHOULD MAKE before the release of the 4 player coop or that will blow up our systems lol I know we don’t like games as a service but it’s been a drought in gaming right now. nice to see something like this pushing the boundaries and trying something different

Well hes not all wrong. Heres the thing, this game takes a beefy pc to run well and even then it struggles at times. My point is, the ps5 and series X can NOT handle this game at high fps, its just not gonna happen. I dont doubt they will improve it, but theres no chance you get a 60 fps patch that keeps a steady 6- frames, thats not even in the realm of possible on current CONSOLE hardware, its just too weak at this point, you dont wanna hear it but you also dont understand computing.

Batgirl is a close second with digital ghost ability.I've knocked out 7-8 dudes one at a time by just tricking them into spots where I know I can put them down at and cameras and turrets don't even know I'm there.

I originally bashed this game before playing it then but I did say I would get it once it went on sale. Got it on the Black Friday sale as it is a Batman game and it’s hard for me not to want to play those because he is my favorite superhero. I’m glad to say I was wrong and it’s not near as worse as everyone, including myself, said it was. Should it be better? Yes. This game has had too much time to be developed to let down gamers with the FPS and the general performance. Other than some sloppy dialogue here and there, it’s safe to say this game is addicting and I love playing it.

Transmogs aren't customizable but if you keep crafting gear you'll eventually get a suit that looks exactly like the transmogs watch can be customized I think the transmogs are there as a preset. Just in case you had to change your suit cuz the stats aren't that good but you liked the design you can go and set it to look like the old one with the transmog. Still sadly can't change the colors of it either though so ig what you're saying is still valid

Having seen this tip and playing myself, I don't understand the low rating of this game in terms of people complaining the combat is too simple and "one button mashing". That is 100% wrong. Combat is so fun, easy to learn hard to master. They are just comparing this game to arkham knight which should not. GK is a standalone game as mentioned by WB.

Great video as always. So far even with the negative feedback from many people, this game looks great! I can't wait until tomorrow night when I finally get to play. I've gone from wanting to start as Robin to wanting to play as Red hood. I'm sure I'll use all eventually.

Hot take: Gotham Knights is a good game in the same way the Schumacher films were good movies, in that they accomplished what they set out to do with enthusiasm, but that’s it. I think it’s obvious that where mechanically they held back or simply couldn’t perform, they put all in on the story, the lore, the worldbuilding.

The Schumacher movies? That's too far. This game is nowhere near as bad as batman and robin in terms of quality. Granted everyone including myself loves the first two but forever has more good moments than bad. Batman and Robin is terrible and only accomplished selling toys and other merch which this game is easily better than that. Just cause it's not knight doesn't mean it's god awful like Batman and Robin was.

There is always 1 person in the group of enemies that is higher level than the rest, that person is the Informant 100% of the time, so you dont need to scan, just notice their levels. 1 big mistake.... Do not switch between Knights, they all have their own Story in some of the conversations etc also you spend too much time leveling up all the characters but if you finish the game with 1 level 30 character and the rest at lvl 1.. like i did.. all you characters go to lvl 30. Which then you play new game+ with one of the other Knights. If i were to say the best pick for first play thru would be Robin, as he has very good skills, he can stealth takedown big targets and his elemental build up is the highest allowing some crazy levels of fun.
