Very impressive! FWIW I think u should market this…..my 2 penneth: I use many sequencers because I’m not fully satisfied with any of their sequencing user interface. My workhorse is the Akai mpc one, but I also use Roland sp404, TE EP133, Smpltrek, PE Tracker, and probably the most powerful sequencer the Squarp Pyramid. Each has its weaknesses, the screens on all of them except the Tracker and MPC are pretty awful, meaning inefficient workflow. I realise those with small screens are trying to get muscle memory around button combinations. My thought is that the user interface is where you should focus. Also you’ve avoided the need for a large LCD display, like the Deluge, why? I guess it’s a significant cost burden, without a screen and to minimise re-training time on the device, the UI needs good labelling, and avoid Shift combinations (the button comb8nations on the SP404 are just crazy, and as are the labels) Anyway just my thoughts, your device is great and I’d buy one as-is to try out. Hope you have some investors lined up, or a kickstarter? Cheers 😊

Thanks! This one is on the back-burner while I deliver a few smaller products and grow some more. My idea for the smaller screens were more of a "scribble strip". I actually increased the size of them beyond the normal scribble strip size so that I can have larger text and info. If it comes down to it as I reach the home stretch in programming for doing configuration, saving, loading, arranging, I may add a larger screen in the available space. This may not be the final form factor of the sequencer. Right now, it is in a very small package for the amount of functionality it offers; it could stand to get a little bigger if necessary. When I do my next prototype, I might allow it out into the wild some with a few beta testers. Cheers!

Looks like from your web page, your stuff is not priced for Trust Fund Kids. Hopefully this product will follow that pricing range. You tube is full of ‘passion projects’ that are priced for people who think buying a 12000 dollar Leica qualifies them as a ‘street photographer’. Sorry to sound harsh because I sincerely want you to succeed. 👍
