I just want to say these vlogs are great , I really do enjoy the content , I have planned my next trip around what you have been showing us so thankyou. PS I like those sunnies you had on in this vlog any chance of letting me know where to get myself a pair the same again thankyou

Very cool. Thanks for your kind words. I hope you enjoy your trip! The sunnies I'm wearing are the F18 from Hawkers. They're cheap! The problem is that this exact model isn't made anymore and the similar variations only seem to be available in Singapore. Anyway, here's a hot tip. The sunglasses at Hawkers are excellent quality at a fantastic price. They are regularly on 50% sale, but even at full price I think they're good value. You'll definitely find something you like. Hello thanks for the info. if one is staying at one of the hotels on the beach, would it be better to pay the extra for breakfast buffet or just walk along the path you are walking and get breakfast from the cafes you just mentioned ?
@SanurDiariesАй бұрын
It depends. I’m pretty fussy about buffet breakfast, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I would definitely eat breakfast at the Hyatt and Andaz daily as those breakfasts are incredible. Some of the other hotel breakfasts are stock standard and in my view not worth it. But as I said, it depends on how fussy you are. There are loads of breakfast options along the beach that are better than many of the hotels. It just depends on the hotel you’re staying in and whether you care a lot.

Hey mate, we really like your vlogs, fast moving direct and great info and location info is an added bonus, keep it up. Any chance of doing more few blocks away from the beach Warugs Where locals eat? We love Indo food but not dumbed down westernised versions. Cheers Mark & Dee
@SanurDiaries8 ай бұрын
Thanks Mark & Dee. There are some real local warungs around Sanur between the bypass and the beach, but to be honest, the best food is probably on the other side of the bypass. I’ve reviewed a few real local places closer to the beach such as Sam Sam Guling Men Dimas, Warung Jawa Moro Seneng Bu Slamet and Masakan Padang Muaro. I have another one coming out soon as well which is 100% local. Closer to the bypass I’ve reviewed Warung Krishna, Babi Guling Amerta Sari and Nasi Ayam Ibu Oki. I’m trying to find a balance between real deal local stuff and eateries that cater more towards international tastes because as you know, not everyone likes the same thing. That said, I do have a few on my list that are 100% local joints close to the hotels that I haven’t tried yet. Keep an eye out and I’ll progressively upload videos about them.

@@SanurDiaries Thank you so much for the detailed reply that's awesome. Mate, we will continue to watch your channel, but if you happen to wander further afield every now and then, I think the viewers would love that, like your south of Sanur one that we will visit 👌

Noted. Thanks for that advice. I'm still feeling my way around what people want to watch to be honest. And it's difficult sitting here trying to figure out what people really want to watch. I can gain some insight from the number of views a video gets for sure and I do take that into account, but it's comments like yours that provide the best feedback.

@@SanurDiaries I've been in marketing for around 30 years, and traveled Bali for similar time. It's just my point of view but keep doing what your doing but I think seasoned visitors want more unique places. Just my thoughts

Locals pay 2000 per bali coffee tourists 50000 interesting comparison
