Thanks for doing a deeper dive on the bikes! I saw some pictures but couldn't find any specs. I think my fav was the Mallorca Moto but I would put the Vance and Hines on it. Also really like the Lucy (the color worked for me, but I would go with a short rear fender) And the Sport was super cool, once again I would go with the V & H.

I agree with earlier comment that FCR have nailed it with their tank. Also their bikes were probably my picks. Honda should change their tank for the FCR and sales must increase.

the French company FCR has really nailed it with their new tank - it absolutely transforms the lines of the bike from stupidly ugly (thought about pulling that punch but frankly would not be caught dead on a stock Rebel) to classically attractive (seriously, can you buy that tank from FCR? it would make ALL the difference to some of us).

Honda Garonda stayed close to the original theme while adding color pop. The best thing they did was clean up the HORRIBLE rear fender brake light/license holder! The Sport from FCR is also very nice.

Yeah honda kinda forced this build off with a very poor base (the rebel). The rebel is a great bike, but it really isnt a custom build base, which is somethat yamaha does far better with their xsr or mt series

I'm Portuguese and on the one hand I do like to see builders from my country getting chosen (although I suspect that the reasons why they were chosen weren't due to merit, but that's a conversation for another day...), but what they delivered is very much subpar compared to the rest. A paint job and an end can, for as good as it might look and sound, isn't a build and that's shows immediately when the first UK build is shown. You have to remember that Portugal very much favours nepotism over merit and skill.

You get the idea and I've also ridden motorcycles for quite a while now so I know who the "players" are, how they overlap and why is a motorcycle dealership like Motoveiga posing as a "builder". For starters it's from Braga, i.e. the town of the dirty scam... *_erm_* "noveaux riche", where you have the highest concentration of Ferraris and Jewellers per square kilometre and the people there like to LARP as anything that's "the new trend" and the new trend in Portugal is surfing and cafe racers. Too bad they actually suck at both.

Surfing: oh dear. Rebel 1: looks awful; Rebel 2: looks better; Rebel 3: too different. Not a cruiser; Rebel 4: don't like the tail-end. Or the forks; Rebel 5: horrible; Rebel 6: don't like the back mudguard or the handlebars; Rebel 7: horrendous exhaust; Rebel 8: looks good apart from the rear mudguard; Rebel 9: ditto about the rear mudguard; Rebel 10: horrible. As you've probably picked up, I like the OE design best.

I like the third one mainly for it's flat tracker looks. It's actually my favourite.
