8. Assisted ball throws
9. Wall Ball Throws
10. Body Varial
When you're starting out, try and master the basics first. Learn to balance and distribute the weight on both feet and work on exercises 1 & 2. As you get more confident you can start working on incorporating other moves and items like balls and jumps.
