Love it! Body Pump has always been one of my favorite group exercise classes. That and Zumba. Great video!!!!

I am so glad you did this video!!! I was just looking at bodypump videos yesterday because I'm thinking about trying it. But it seemed too advanced. Your breakdown makes it easier to see myself doing it.

SO HELPFUL♥️ Seeing the what not to do at the same time was excellent and helped me solidify correct movements in my mind. Going to my first class on Sunday!

Love your videos! I decided to have a personal trainer in my gym, the down side it's too darn expensive, but I do get quality training and exercise. And I'm really force to go to the gym which is most important or else I would not have gone. LOL

Nice demos. The only wrong thing I see is in the clean and press at 3:20: You should start the movement with an upright row and flip; your movement is more of a reverse-grip curl which takes the weight away from the body, stressing the back.
