Monsters in the mine have gimmicks to them. For example the one who throw stones can be shoot back to them by hitting their stone bullet in time. Observe their pattern before you try to kill them and you will be fine. Atleast for the 1st 20 floor you don't need to invest in armor yet

Still haven't used the bathhouse. The days are just too short for me to feel like it's worth it. Even if I mine all day I rarely run out of stamina before 9pm. The only time I think it could've been worth it is when I needed to chop trees all day, but even then I just used a stamina potion from the village rank up rewards.

You can also get a free soup every day from the tavern at the cauldron in the fireplace if you’re running low on energy.

I think the bathhouse would only feel useful with a teleportation system. Otherwise, the time running from the mines and back really negates the usefulness of

My tip would be to skip buying the sholve and fishing pole, once you start getting copper you can craft both. My other tip would be to get your free soup daily from the inn, that gives you 20 stamina. Also if you're out of stamina and you have a lot of time left you can dive into dive spots without using stamina!

thanks for the reminders! also, for those fricking stone throwing mobs: I learned from someone that the best way to fight them is to hit their stone so it's thrown back right at them. makes a lot more damage

Talk to villagers, the most important for every games, they will give you hints. Check the general store. They have stuff, good stuff, really good stuff. Be a hoarder, hoard everything. Animal don't go in and out of the coop/barn by themselves, there's a bell outside that will call all of them inside/outside. Don't die, you will lose all your remain time of the day, bloody hell !!! Take your time, cause this is a slow game, not to mention early access. Sincerely, me

I think this game makes it easier to relax as there's no time constraints or pressures on things. It genuinely is so calming. I'm terrible in the mines with keyboard and mouse. May try controller! My tip is to not rush to buy a shovel and use your pick axe for artifact spots and wait to get your shovel when you're a bit richer! I also waited several days in game if I got a fishing rod. You don't! Go buy it it's great for money making

Yesss the fishing rod! I also wasted sooo long before buying it but oh well 🥲 good tip for next play through! Oh and I started using a controller only to play and it’s much better actually ☺️🙏

Especially in the mines 🫣 I keep passing out and my animals get cross with me I left them out all night haha 🤣 I used my wireless mouse and keyboard on the TV connected to the pc and it was really slow... Very strange so went back onto my pc and it was fine again!

@maimaisims yeah takes some time to get used to the controller but once you get used to it I’d say it’s better for mines especially 😊 now I just play with controller only! Hahaha yeeeah I feel you, I also learned the hard way that you have to call the animal back every night 🙈🥹

At some point you need to meet up in the Manor office. It took me ages to realise the doorway is hidden to the left of the entrance, right beside the lectern signing in book.
