Chapters have now been fixed! Apparently they don't like it when a chapter is only a second long.

I don’t know if it’s possible to do in premiere. It’s a bit of a process to do it in Ae. Should be able to find a video on it if you search something like “how to change After effects colour them”

control f12 or cmd 12 to get the console up - in the console tab hamburger icon click Debug Database view. In the search type theme. and you will see 'enable theme colorizing'. change it to 'true' by typing. Once you go back into prefs you will see a colour picker for the hilight colour. Bright green or orange look nice.

I’d recommend using OBS especially because it’s free. I personally used it all the time but I currently use Screen Studio, which is Mac only and paid.
