10 Best Mods for Royal Enfield Classic 350 ReBorn

My Royal Enfield Classic 350 is heavily modded. I changed it to look and sound more like the original 1949 Bullet, as well as having increased power and comfort. Very tastefully modified. I would suggest if you could try the touring footpegs, cosmetically and practically they add value. Also the heel and toe gear shift levers feel more suited for these kind of motorcycles.

What would happen if you just drilled more holes in the cover of the default snorkel air intake ? Surely that would let more air in and achieve the same result !

... encajan de maravilla estos extras, soporte de parrilla muy bien lograda, se nota el rugir acorde a un monocilindro Clásico, esos asientos touring debió presentar al menos alguna versión desde agencia, en todo caso relación precio calidad de este fierro es muy tentador y disfrutar esta bicicleta con un compromiso más romántico...como en el siglo pasado. The saddlebag? Big nope. Turns into a waterbag when it rains (and it rains in Norway). The exhaust, sounds very sharp. What happened with installing that? A piece is matted? The mirror? What's wrong with that? Looks like you've glued it together with silicone gunk? The trim around the speedometer, is that isolation band for your windows... I love the bike, heck I have one, but these mods ... dunno mate🫣

I have changed the handlebar too but with one from YBR 125. It is 40mm taller and a bit shorter. Heel-toe shifter lever...it makes city riding more easy. I am looking for saddle bags options but I will leave it for early spring.

Someone should do a frame that would allow taller riders to move the solo seat a couple of inches rearwards for extra comfort. I would also like vintage styled fibreglass panniers preferably fitted as tight to the bike as possible (RE seems to like a gap between their ones and the bike).

the gap let air pass and you can use the touring seat plus the springs for more tall seat

Hiya Morten! A great compilation. I own a Classic 350 reborn and am planning to make the following mods: 1. DNA AF + Stage 2 cover 2. FuelX Lite 3. Motowings exhaust + de-cat (going for MW exhaust mainly due to it’s understated sound profile) I wanna know how has the FuelX Lite made your life easier in terms of the torque/low end revving. I am a bit confused between the Lite and the Pro. Thanks in advance :)

Hello. Sounds like a good plan. The pro is if you want to set your own fuel to air ratio. I think the standard setting of the lite is good and doesn't miss to be able to change it.

I added the DNA filter and cover. Best mod I recon. Lots more power and sits happily at 100 kph all day. Added a Punjab short bottle muffler. Sounds great now. Also added the fuel x pro and have it set at 8. It’s eliminated most of the lean noises, but not all. So far, my signals edition has been faultless. I have the bigger front sprocket, but have not installed yet. I want to install a taco, so I can see what rpm I’m running at before and after the mod...

Bar end mirror (RE 's branded side mirror costs a kidney), after market exhaust etc are illegal here in India..😑

It is legal if the bike only came with one or none. Most Police will not recognize that this is a new bike that comes with two. Or they will not care (i hope) 😅

I wish RE offered a bench double seat for this bike. Can the seat height be increased? I took a test ride and found I felt cramped on it compared to my Classic 500. I'm 188cm tall.

Saumya Customs make a bench seat. Also there is the touring seat that I mounted. However the biggest difference to the 500, and the one that makes the 350 more cramped, is the handlebar. Change it like I did and get a far better ergonomics 👍

What's the top speed after and before the mods. ?

Same. It is electronically limited to 120 kmh. This bike is however not intended to go much above 90. Keep it below that and it runs great 😊

Pick up, Yes. But not top speed. Speed is electronically limited to 120 kmh. However it is not great at that speed anyway. Stay below 90 and it does well :-)

Gentleman don't sell to weather and gentlemen don't ride without a windscreen you need a 17x18 aftermarket windscreen it will give the bike an actual size feature and will protect you like you won't believe you won't want to go without one after you try it
